Joel Berry b. 1979, St. Thomas. Lived here mostly,  motivated in 1991 at public school doing some tin patina etching with my grade 7 teacher, Mr. Fluter. Then some silk screening I did for an indie band we had in high school art class. In 2003 was 24 and took studio art at The University of Western Ontario in the John Labbat Center, but after my second year I dropped out and got really into graffiti  1 year in Toronto. I’ve been doing art with true determination for 3 or 4 years now and I am 37. . Likes  art organizations,  exhibiting & grant writing .  A member of St. Thomas Elgin Artist Guild. Mother "Julie" taught elementary school, also a poet, published in, Hamilton Arts and Letters.
